Hello, my name is Mitchell and I am the owner of Hollenbeck Farm. Hollenbeck Farm is a small-scale farm I started in 2018. What started as a 15' square plot of sweet corn has now turned into a 1/3 acre high-production vegetable farm. In addition, we also offer pastured raised eggs during the growing season and a variety of bedding plants and hanging baskets in the spring.
